Our team unpacks, installs all equipment like routers, switches, servers and configures the network as per customer requirements and either handovers to the IT department or Manages the IT infrastructure directly by deploying on-site engineers.
We offer to resolve our queries directly without the customer calling up the OEM. Our customers directly call our office on which they are provided with a call reference number, the same reference number is assigned to an engineer who specializes in that particular product and is time bound to resolve the query (subject of availability of spare part if required).
Technical Support is provided to clients on yearly basis and on Adhoc call basis as per scope of work
